When would I use this?
Text pasted from PDFs, emails, chat apps or old documents often has hard breaks at the end of every line. This tool rejoins the words correctly.
What is the difference between the two modes?
"One line" merges every line into a single line. "Paragraphs" keeps blank lines as paragraph breaks, producing natural multi-paragraph text.
Are trailing spaces cleaned?
Yes - both modes trim stray trailing whitespace and collapse doubled spaces if that option is on.
Does it handle tabs and Windows line endings?
Yes - CRLF, LF and tabs are all treated as breaks and normalized.
Is the remover free?

Can I preserve paragraph breaks while removing single line wraps?
Yes. In "Keep as paragraphs" mode, single line breaks within sentences are joined with spaces while double line breaks are preserved.
Why do copied PDF excerpts have weird line breaks?
PDF text engines embed explicit newline characters at column and margin boundaries. This tool cleans them up into continuous flowing sentences.
Does this tool remove trailing or leading spaces on lines?
Yes. The tool automatically normalizes extra whitespace around line boundaries during joining.
